Booking is normally Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks are available out of season but please telephone to check availability.
Telephone bookings will be held for up to 7 days pending payment of a deposit. When booking please enclose a deposit of at least one third of the total payable. The balance is due four weeks before your holiday starts.
Electricity, fuel and rates are all included in the price. all linen and towels are also included in the price with the exception of cot bedding.
Arrival should be after 3pm and we would ask that you telephone if you are likely to be late. All guests are requested to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
The owners accept no liability for any damage or injury that guests may sustain to their persons or property. Breakages are charged at the owners discretion.
We are happy to answer any further queries you may have. The following prices are for the cottage. Please contact us for prices for The Barn which is a one bedroomed unit only.

Bookings falling between price bands will be charged at the dual rates (i.e. the last week in June and the first week in July will be a charge of £660). Any weeks which fall between two price bands will be charged at the lower rate.
